4th Annual Garden State 5k Run/Walk

The Fourth Annual Garden State 5K Run/Walk takes place on Saturday, September 22, 2012.

All proceeds from this event will benefit the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation (PFF) and will be utilized to support their mission to help find a cure for idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF), advocate for the pulmonary fibrosis community both locally and in Washington, D.C., promote disease awareness, and provide a compassionate environment for patients and their families.

The Garden State 5K Run/Walk will begin at 10:00 AM at Nomahegan Park located at 1033 Springfield Avenue in Cranford, New Jersey. Barbara Murphy, has been the main organizer of event for the past three years and has turned it into one of the most successful fundraising events in support of the PFF. Registration for the event is $10 per an adult participant and $5 per child participant. Each registrant will recieve a free t-shirt to commemorate the 2012 Garden State 5K Run/Walk (while supplies last).
