3rd Annual Willacker Family Pulmonary Fibrosis Golf Outing

This fatal lung disease claims as many lives annually as breast cancer. This event is offered in memory of Florence Willacker, Donald Willacker, Vern Willacker, Doris Willacker-Dery, Carl Allen, Verta Willacker- Allen, Maxine Willacker-Gardner, and Marty Willacker… all victims of this terrible disease.

Fee: $70.00 a person

Team Registrations must be made by August 1st

The outing includes:

• 18 Holes of Golf with Cart
• Hot Dog, Chips, and Soft Drink at the Turn
• Banquet Style Dinner Afterward
• Door Prizes, 50/50 Raffle and Silent Auction
• Non-golfers can eat at the Banquet for $15.00

Optional Skins Game, Closest to the Pin, Longest Drive, Putting and Driving Contests will be collected at the course.
