Join the Yale ILD Center of Excellence for their upcoming virtual support group meeting on Wednesday, August 21 at 3 pm Eastern Time.

This meeting will feature speaker Catherine Rives, a Physical Therapist from the Winchester Center for Lung Disease. The meeting hopes to establish a group of individuals that wish to improve their activity level, strength, and endurance while motivating one another. Cathy will offer her expertise, as well as guidance, to help get you "moving". There will be a Q&A - come prepared to be inspired!
